LICENSING / PERMISSIONS of Biodiesel Making Process
| 1 | Factory License | Required to setup a factory at your desired location. You may obtain the same from your District Authority / Panchayat. |
| 2 | Pollution Control Clearance | Required as per factory norms. |
| 3 | Explosive License ( for Methanol) | Only required if you store Methanol in excess of 1000Ltrs. Till 999 Ltrs you do not require any license to store Methanol. |
| 4 | Food Department Clearance | Methanol is a poisonous alcohol (for humans), therefore, a clearance may be required from the Food Department for the use/storage of the same. Please check with your State Government. |
| 5 | Fire License | Standard fire license for any factory. You require to have Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) Type Fire Extinguishers (combined Class A B C type) with a Water Storage facility. |
| 6 | Noc From NHAI (If applicable) | Other Licenses /Permission is introduced by the Government Prior to the opening of the Biodiesel Mini Plant. |
